I have always had a passion for food and people. I was introduced to natural foods at the Herb and Spice Shop in the Glebe where I worked in the 1980s. I then returned to Algonquin College to earn a diploma in correctional work, gaining life skills counselling and social work skills. I am a graduate of the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, having earned the title of R.H.N., a Registered Holistic Nutritionist. Early in 2015 I became a Reiki Master Teacher, and now teach certified Usui/Tibetan Reiki classes, level 1 through Master. I am eager to help you improve the quality of your life
